Any Document is a filing app for your own copies of important documents. This policy explains what the app does with those copies. It is short because the app does nothing with them beyond keeping them on your phone for you.
The app stores only what you put into it:
All of this is kept inside the app's private storage on your device. No other app on the phone can read it, and the app does not copy it anywhere else.
Nothing. Any Document has:
We have no server and receive nothing from the app. We cannot see what you file, and we could not recover it for you if it were lost.
The app shares nothing with anyone. No third-party service, software development kit, advertising network or data provider is built into it. The only third-party components are open-source libraries compiled into the app for local storage, the system file picker and the system file viewer, and typefaces used under the SIL Open Font License. None of them makes a network call.
When you tap Open, the copy is handed to a viewer app already installed on your phone (for example a PDF reader or the photo viewer). While it is open there, that app's own privacy policy applies.
